Beta Notice — Zepely is a personal project currently in beta. It is not a commercial service and is not available for general or public use.

Who Operates Zepely

Zepely is a personal project based in England. It provides automated invoice data extraction using artificial intelligence. It is not a commercial product or service.

What Data Is Involved

Invoice documents you upload (which may contain names, addresses, and financial details) and basic usage data such as IP address and browser type collected by our hosting provider.

What Happens to Your Documents

When you upload a document, it is sent to Anthropic (Claude) via their API for data extraction only. The extracted data is returned to you as a downloadable spreadsheet.

The database is automatically and permanently wiped every 24 hours (at 3:00 AM UK time). No uploaded documents or extracted data are retained beyond this daily wipe.

Third-Party Services

Zepely relies on the following third-party services:

• Anthropic — AI document processing• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure• Stripe — payment processing

Your Rights & Contact

Given the 24-hour data wipe, there is very little personal data held at any given time. No account registration is required to use Zepely. Access is password-protected and payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is not stored by Zepely.
