Zepely (“the Service”) is a personal project that provides automated invoice data extraction using artificial intelligence. It is not a commercial product or service. Zepely acts solely as a data extraction tool and does not provide financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice of any kind.
2. Status
The Service is a personal project in beta, intended for private use only. Access is password-protected. Features may change or be discontinued at any time without notice. The Service should not be relied upon for any business-critical purpose.
3. How It Works
You upload invoice documents. The system uses AI models to extract structured data (supplier names, dates, amounts, VAT) and returns results as a downloadable spreadsheet.
4. AI-Generated Output
Data is extracted using AI models. AI-based extraction is inherently probabilistic and may produce errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Output should not be treated as a verified source of financial data. You should always review and validate extracted data before relying on it for any purpose.
5. Your Responsibilities
Review and validate all extracted data before use. Only upload documents you have the right to process. Do not share access credentials with others.
6. Data & Privacy
Documents are processed solely for extraction. All uploads and extracted data are permanently wiped every 24 hours. See our Privacy Notice for full details.
7. No Professional Advice
Nothing in the output constitutes financial, accounting, legal, or tax advice. Consult qualified professionals for regulatory compliance.
8. No Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” as a personal project. No warranties of any kind are made, whether express or implied, including regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zepely and its operator(s) accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the Service. This is a personal project and should not be relied upon for any business-critical or compliance purpose.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Zepely platform, branding, and software remain our property. You retain full ownership of your uploaded documents and the extracted data.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the Service, including uploading malicious files, attempting to reverse-engineer AI models, or using it for unlawful purposes. Access may be revoked at any time at the operator's sole discretion.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Zepely, you acknowledge that the Service is a personal project in beta, intended for private use only, and you accept full responsibility for reviewing and validating any data extracted by the Service.
